For orders delivered within the UK, European Union, United States, Australia, and Canada, no additional taxes or duties will be charged upon delivery. If you are purchasing from any other country, please be aware that customs fees, VAT, or handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the receiver. These charges vary by country.
Is a signature required on delivery?
No, a signature is typically not required for delivery.
What should I do if I didn't receive the tracking number of my parcel?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We welcome free returns within 30 days of delivery or store pickup. Items must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, and accompanied by all original packaging (tags, box, pouch). Items bought as a set must be returned as a complete set. Returns of lab-grown diamond pieces must include the original SCS certification. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To start a return, please visit our returns page and fill in our return form within the 30-day window. Our team will then provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed with securely packaging and shipping the item(s) back to us.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the returned item(s) and they pass inspection by our quality control team, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes, the following items are not eligible for return: Personalised or Engraved Items, Earrings (for hygiene reasons), Gift Cards, and items marked as 'Final Sale'.
How much is the return shipping fee if I want a refund or exchange?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any additional return fees, if applicable, will also be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Yes, our jewellery is designed to be 100% sweatproof and waterproof, heat-resistant, and ten times more durable than gold-plated pieces.
What do you mean by Waterproof?
Our waterproof jewelry is coated with a strong PVD coating. This means you can keep wearing it through everyday activities like exercising, swimming, or showering without worrying about fading or discoloration.
What materials are used in your jewellery?
Our pieces are crafted from high-quality 316L stainless steel and/or recycled sterling silver with 18k gold plating, known for its durability and resistance to tarnishing.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes, our jewellery is hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin. Our items do not contain nickel.
How do I care for my jewellery?

Do you offer custom designs?
Currently, we do not offer custom designs but are exploring this option for the future.

Are your items made of gold or silver?
Our items are primarily made from stainless steel or sterling silver as the base metal. The gold appearance comes from a durable PVD coating.
